(Nasdaq: MOBX) has signed a binding Letter of Intent to acquire Vision Aerial, a U.S.-based builder of American-made drones for government, public safety, energy, infrastructure and industrial missions.

Vision Aerial enters the proposed transaction with growing revenue, a growing backlog and expanding market traction across mission-critical drone markets.
